Transforming Phoenix with Unmatched Engagement




The Challenge

Bringing fans closer to their favorite players at NFL’s most exciting game. Following the success of the in-stadium POWERTOUCH stations during the regular season, our next challenge was enticing fans at Super Bowl XLIX.

The Solution

More content, more players, and a all-encompassing Verizon footprint in Phoenix. For Super Bowl XLIX, downtown Phoenix was transformed into Super Bowl Central. The centerpiece was the Verizon Powerhouse. We produced 10 unique pieces of content, living across four activations to increase fan engagement.

“Bigger and Better”

Our exposure at the Super Bowl allowed us to create a cleaner, more interactive experience. With Personal Autograph, fans could meet players from any of the five teams we worked with over the regular season and get their autographs.

With PlayerChat we created four player holograms that let fans ask their favorite players questions right before the big game.

Welcome Animation

Our 2min, 3D animation greeted fans on a 30 ft video wall as they walked in to Verizon Super Bowl Central. The animation led fans on a journey through a Verizon branded world – from the University of Phoenix Stadium downtown to the Power House.

Player Chat Experience

Ask your favorite player a question. Our custom hologram videos enabled fans to do just that.

JOIN THE TEAM experience

We invited fans to join their favorite team for the ultimate fan experience. All you have to do is enter your name and email address before singing your contract to JOIN THE TEAM.
