Baby Steps to Giant Leaps
nanit
Tech innovator to a beloved brand
The Challenge
Nanit, a leading brand in the baby monitor industry, was on the verge of introducing their latest product lineup, highlighted by the Gen 2 Camera. This shift signified a critical phase in the company's evolution—from a tech startup to a family and parenting brand. To support such a significant launch, Nanit required a versatile creative team. This team was expected to carry out a variety of marketing initiatives and to serve as an extension of their team.
The Solution
Create a consistent design language that highlights Nanit’s cutting-edge technology, while elevating the brand from tech startup to a family brand. Kworq executed a comprehensive and cohesive brand overhaul for Nanit, applying it across all their marketing channels. This encompassed streamlined branding, updated visuals, packaging updates, targeted advertising campaigns, 3-D product renders, among many other elements. Through these efforts, we laid the foundation for the brand's elevated visibility, enhanced appeal and rapid growth.

Evolving Beyond Tech
Nanit made waves in the tech and baby space when it released a baby monitor that tracked sleep—all through computer vision (extremely cool, we think so too). But as the company expanded its product line to encompass more aspects of a baby’s life, the brand needed help evolving from tech darling to a family brand.
We became Nanit’s primary production arm, creating a coherent visual language: from illustrations to packaging to product photography. As we continued working with Nanit in developing their branding and positioning, we got to see a client-partner grow and flourish. We’ll say it’s almost as rewarding as raising a child.

New Brand Bible
With the upcoming launch of the advanced Gen 2 camera and several other exciting products, a clear set of guidelines was necessary to ensure consistency and premium standard.
Introducing a new Brand Bible—a comprehensive guide for all visual brand elements, including logo use, color palettes, photography styles, writing standards, and more.

Packaging 2.0
The launch introduced more than just a new camera; it marked the arrival of a new era for Nanit. With expanded offerings in their Breathing Wear line, additional hardware accessories, and curated product bundles, Nanit broadened its reach. To match this evolution, over 100 packaging designs were updated across 50 SKUs, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

State of Sleep
With years of experience providing sleep insights for families around the world, Nanit released the first-of-its-kind report on baby sleep. That meant distilling, visualizing, and communicating data…lots of it. In total, Nanit tracked 54 million hours of sleep, 12 million parental visits, and 5 million morning wake-ups.
In consultation with Nanit’s resident sleep expert, State of Sleep delivered findings through a variety of channels and mediums: a digital report useful to experts and parents alike, video Q&A’s with baby sleep expert Dr. Natalie Barnett, and a social campaign giving Nanit audiences useful insights about their child. Best known for its baby monitor, the State of Sleep established Nanit as a useful resource for families, while connecting audiences to its anchor product.

Lifestyle
A key aspect of Nanit's brand refresh focused on its lifestyle imagery. We crafted an entirely new suite of content, enhancing everything from packaging to social media, websites, and paid campaigns.
Central to this effort was the Hero Video, which captured the genuine ups and downs of parenting. Emphasizing authenticity and connection, it illustrated how Nanit supports parents through every moment, offering peace of mind amidst the whirlwind of raising a child.
